They are now very common in gyms and homes everywhere as people use them as an exercise tool. I don't see a problem with children playing with water guns. The purpose of a water gun is to get someone wet. I can see why some peopel would have an issue with this, considering the word 'gun' is involved and the toy has a trigger like a gun. Still, I feel that parents and other adults can explain to children the difference. I believe that children will be able to understand.

A couple other things they could put in there is a list of their expectations for the school year, and just for fun, which sports teams they think will win their respective sports championships! (of course my suggestion will be sports related!)
